First, I give honor to God to whom all things are possible. My life has been blessed with spiritual guidance from God and a strong circle of love and support from my family. I am an educator with 3 degrees in education. I earned my undergraduate degree in Education, with minors in; early childhood, creative writing and communications (Western Michigan University). I earned my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I earned my Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership (the latter 2 were earned at Seattle University). I taught diverse populations of students for more than forty years. I became a permanent substitute teacher with Seattle Public Schools after retiring in 2017.
My mother’s absolute belief in me, truly encouraged me along my life learning journey, as she told me long ago that the Lord gave me a gift, which was teaching, and to use my gift well.

My main responsibilities are to find creative tools, academic sites, and passion to teach lessons with loads of fun and positivity.
Sade is one of my picture designer/drawers. She loves to draw, paint and add color to her pictures. She loves to create things out of many different kinds of materials.
Raven is one of my picture designers/drawers. She loves to read, draw, color, design and do crafts.
